Cancellation & Late Tolerance
Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If the client arrives late, not allowing the stylist enough time to complete the full service, certain luxury steps may be skipped at regular price or the appointment may be rescheduled and recorded as a no-show.
Less than 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling for a chemical service is considered a no-show.
After three unexcused cancellations or two no-shows within one year a client may be moved to a walk-in only basis.
Final decisions are made at the discretion of the owner and stylists.
