Cancellation Policy

At J&J Hair Salon we understand that life is unpredictable and emergencies can happen at any moment.

Health and safety come first and we appreciate the responsible decision to reschedule an appointment due to illness.

Cancellation & Late Tolerance

Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

After three unexcused cancellations or two no-shows within one year a client may be moved to a walk-in only basis.

If the client arrives late, not allowing the stylist enough time to complete the full service, certain luxury steps may be skipped at regular price or the appointment may be rescheduled.

Less than 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling for a chemical service is considered a no-show.

Final decisions are made at the discretion of the owner and stylists.
