
Cancellation & Late Policy
Please allow at least 24 - 48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.
If a client arrives late, your stylist may not have adequate time to provide the service, certain luxury steps may be skipped at full price or the appointment may be rescheduled and recorded as a no-show.
Less than 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule/change a chemical service is considered a no-show and may result in a no-show fee or deposit for future bookings.
After three unexcused cancellations or two no-shows within one year a client may lose the privilege to book in advance.
Final decisions are made at the discretion of the owner and stylists. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who violates this policy or causes disruption within the salon.
At our salon, we understand a child's haircut can be a daunting experience. We prioritize patience and care, ensuring a safe environment. That being said, children's services may be stopped and left unfinished at the stylist's discretion due to excessive moving, crying, etc. This non-compliant behavior compromises safety for the child and the stylist.
Unfinished services will still be charged at full price.
By booking an appointment for a children's service, you are agreeing to these terms.
Chemical services for those under 18 years old require the consent of a parent/guardian, in which a waiver may be required prior to the service.
